Buying a ticket on Gusii Artists takes three steps: pick your event, enter your name, phone and ticket count, and confirm payment with your M-Pesa PIN when the STK prompt lands on your phone.
Once payment confirms, your ticket code appears immediately on screen — no waiting, no email required (though we'll send one if you provide it). Keep your ticket code as your entry reference on the day.
